How to Search White County Court Records
The main online path for White County court records is Indiana MyCase, the Odyssey public access system used by Indiana courts. The Indiana Judicial Branch White County page links users to "Search court cases," and the White County Clerk page links to "Court Records." MyCase is free for public searching, but the system states that online data is informational and may not be the official court record.
Current cases from White Circuit Court and White Superior Court should be checked first in MyCase. MyCase will not return more than 1,000 results. If a search is too broad, add a first name, date range, court filter, or case type filter before assuming the White County court record does not exist.
